Shaanxi, China's largest gas-producing province in 2011, intends to build 24 gas-fired distributed energy resource (DER) projects by 2015, local media reported on Tuesday.
The Shaanxi arm of the National Development and Reform Commission has drafted a development plan for gas-based DER schemes over the 12th Five-Year Plan period (2011-2015) and submitted it to the National Energy Administration for approval, the state-run Xi'an Daily reported on Tuesday.
